We handcraft innovative products with the intention to last. We believe that if you take care of our products, with our guided instructions, they'll serve you a lifetime. When we receive your inquiry, we'll discuss with you our terms of shop services and which best suits your piece! Our shop is always open to bring your Spritz and Pyro pieces back to their day-one status. Please be aware, our Lifetime Warranty is only applicable to our handmade Woodshop products. Currently, our In-House 3D Printed products are not eligible for our Lifetime Warranty, but that is of no reflection to the dedication and hard work that we apply to crafting every product that leaves our shop.

Our Lifetime Warranty is an extension of our shop services. With any of our handmade wooden Spritz and Pyro products, you can ship them back to our shop for maintenance or repairs. 

1. Email us at: hitusup@spritzandpyro.com with any images you can provide and a brief description of the damage or maintenance you are looking to address. 

2. We’ll provide you the shipping information, but the assessments will not be solidified until the product is back in our hands. 

3. Once we have reviewed the product, we will be in touch with you to let you know when we will begin the process. However, if there is significant damage, this will be the point where we can let you know if it will be covered entirely or if we have to require a small fee. 

4. The process will not begin without your approval, if there is an additional charge in queue.
