Please be aware, our Lifetime Warranty is now available across all of our handmade products! Our Lifetime Warranty is an extension of our shop services. With any of our handmade Spritz and Pyro products, you can ship them back to our shop for maintenance, future repairs, or replacements* and only pay for the shipping.

1. To utilize your Lifetime Warranty, email us first at: hitusup@spritzandpyro.com with any images you can provide and a brief description of the damage or maintenance you are looking to address. 

2. We’ll provide you with the shipping information, but the assessments will not be solidified until the product is back in our hands. 

3. All we request is that you pay for the shipping to send the product back to our shop. Please pack it safely!

4. Once we have reviewed the product, we will be in touch with you to let you know when we will begin the process. 

5. However, if there is significant damage, then we will let you know if 

   • it will be covered entirely

   • we have to request a small fee

   • your product is eligible for replacement. 

6. The process will not begin without your approval, if there is an additional charge in queue.

7. Once your service is completed, we’ll prepare to ship it back to its home and email you the updated tracking information.

8. Safely delivered to your door so you can build more memories for years to come!
