Not to worry though
As this project will be taking priority, we may have time and space to dedicate to fulfilling orders as the month progresses. However, we want to exceed your expectations so we can't transparently say that our process will be 2-3 weeks for the time being. We'll talk about what you can expect for the process later.
Recently, we were hired to do kitchen renovations for a client who's house was just in a fire! Thankfully, no one was home when the fire happened, so she and her family are safe. The kitchen was completely custom work and with our ultimately, favorite materials: wood and epoxy. For the next month, we're going to be refinishing custom cabinets with live-edge wood and resin kitchen countertops! We're so excited
and no, there will be no fractal burning in this process.
Why pre-orders?
Well, we have to focus our attention on this renovation for about the next month.
Plus, we have another wonderful commission for a custom built, fractal burned 3' Bistro table that we are really looking forward to creating! It's going to be black, featuring blood-red, electric branches on a gothic, center post. after 14 hours, The fractal burns are complete (had perfect burning weather) and we started cleaning the first quarter of the branches!
Most importantly, we need to keep the shop in manageable shape during these awesome projects! We aim to create high quality products that can last a lifetime, so No orders will be compromised to meet an expedited deadline. Instead, we rather take your pre-order! This means we'll be working on products during any down time we can manage for Spritz and Pyro.
Though Phil and I are working on renovating the kitchen, we can't guarantee a specific date of when we'll be back in the shop for products, full time. That's just for the time being, as the progress continues/once I have a date available, I'll make sure to share it immediately!
How long should I expect my order to take?
Currently, orders can take about 2 months for processing*
Our process, normally can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks depending on the scope of customization and weather. If it's possible, we might be able to sneak one day a week just to process orders. That's for now though! In 2 to 3 weeks, I'm sure things will look differently and either way time goes, I'll be keeping you up to date.
*If the renovations look like they'll be adding more time in the shop and you've placed an order, I will be in direct contact with you about the progress! That being said, 2 months is the current estimation for processing times.
What if I'm looking to commission a project or refinish some furniture?
You absolutely need to hit us up!
With one commission in the shop at the size it is, you can reserve Your place on our waiting list. As the 3' Bistro table comes to its final phase, we'll reopen commissions and book with those who reserved their spot first! After our wait list is completely booked, we'll announce when we plan to reopen our shop to more, custom projects.
After some Recent, custom inquiries, we've come across a few Choice combinations that don't quite work together. Over the next couple of days, I'll be posting new listings to clearly communicate your best options to create a truly functional piece of art. We want to make sure our products are fully elevated to your choice of design, without any compromise to their function.
